Insurance Medicals and Reports
Some insurance companies require patients to undertake a medical assessment prior to accepting an insurance policy.
Many insurance companies will also require an insurance report to be completed if you are making a claim.
Some NHS GPs won't carry out this work, as it is not provided on the NHS
